All orders will be sent via Australia Post with postage charges being based on Australia Post rates.

Registered Post within Australia will be used for items over $50

Within Australia...Please allow approx. 7 working days.

International...Air Mail approx. 7-14 days.

Orders will be despatched Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays) usually within 24hours of payment being confirmed.

Refund Policy

An item may be returned on condition that it is unopened and in it's original packaging or in the condition that it was received. Any claims must be made within 48 hours of the delivery date.  Refunds will only be made if the item is faulty or is not as described.  A Store Credit will be issued in some other instances at the discretion of Egyptian Treasures and Gifts.  The customer is responsible for all postage costs for items returned. Once the item is received by Egyptian Treasures and Gifts either a refund for the cost of the item or a store credit will be issued.  An Administration fee of $10 will apply.
