Our aim at Egyptian Treasures and Gifts is to provide complete customer satisfaction. Please read through the following terms and conditions before making your purchase, as by doing so you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Prices and Payment.
All prices are in Australian Dollars. Credit card payments can be made through Paypal or Paymate. Payments can also be made by Bank deposit/transfer in Australian Dollars and we will also accept Australian Money Orders.
Note. If payment made by International Bank Transfers an additional fee of AU$15 to cover bank charges must be made. Please add this to the final total.
Delivery charges will be included in the shopping cart transaction.
Customs and Import Duties for International Buyers
Egyptian Treasures and Gifts is not responsible for any customs or import duties. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Refund Policy
An item may be returned on condition that it is unopened and in it's original packaging or in the condition that it was received. Any claims must be made within 48 hours of the delivery date. Refunds will only be made if the item is faulty or is not as described. A Store Credit will be issued in some other instances at the discretion of Egyptian Treasures and Gifts. The customer is responsible for all postage costs for items returned. Once the item is received by Egyptian Treasures and Gifts either a refund for the cost of the item or a store credit will be issued. An Administration fee of $10 will apply.
Errors
We cannot be held responsible or liable if insufficient or incorrect information is supplied by the customer which may lead to late delivery or failed delivery. It is up to the customer to check that all information given is correct before submitting an order. |
